The bed was quite small for a double bed and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

The location offered a serene mountain escape, with well-maintained rooms and exceptional dining service. rules felt overly restrictive, making the atmosphere less relaxing than desired, and the check-in wasn't particularly welcoming. Despite these quirks, the quality of food and the attentive staff made it a memorable experience.

Our stay at Standing Stones was a treat, especially the delish pizza we had upon arrival! The cottage cheese for breakfast was proper class, like a local gem, and the hiking trails just a stone's throw away were a lovely way to unwind with breathtaking views. Bit of a win-win!

Unfortunately, the dining options were a bit lackluster mid-week, and we faced a couple of hiccups with service, like slow reactions at reception.

The excellent hot tub experience relaxed us, but noise from other guests was disruptive.

The restaurant provided a diverse menu with well-prepared dishes at reasonable prices, making it a pleasant place to unwind after a busy day.

There was an issue with hot water supply that took some time to resolve.

Enjoyed the cozy vibe, the playground was a hit with the kids, and had great family bonding time. The quadroom was perfect—clean and spacious!

Loved our stay in the cozy pod! Enjoyed a scenic hike nearby and peaceful evenings watching the skyline. The meals were delightful, especially the lamb roast. just watch out for the herb salmon, not the best. Make sure to reserve the hot tubs ahead of time!

This was just a solid selection for a brief pause in Belfast with value for money. The room itself was very nice and very clean. Make sure to ask about any extra toiletries you may need.

Dining options included good-quality food, and the presence of walking trails nearby was a pleasant surprise. the location may not be convenient if you're looking for direct access to city life, and a slightly longer wait at the restaurant during peak hours could be improved.

The room was warm, spacious, and had extra towels. Nice clean amenities but a bit chilly at night since the heat was turned off. The restaurant made it super convenient not to go out for meals, but be ready for a bit of a drive if you want to hit the city. Overall a solid experience for a couple's getaway.

loved staying at standing stones lodge! the lodge was comfy, warm, and quiet. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. it was also quite close to the centre, making it easy to get around. one standout service was when the owner offered to drive us to our hospital appointment due to the snowy conditions. we felt very taken care of.
